The Warmth of A Mother's Love.

"Mommy,  you are as warm as a camel's butt."  ..As she nuzzles her noggin in to the crook of my arm as we watch a movie on the tube.

Philosophy Lesson #2: Love, a love that a child knows, is first learned from their parents. We want to teach our children love isn't complicated, it something as simple as what's conveyed on a rainy Sunday morning when there is nothing to do but nothing. It's warm, it makes you smile, and it's always available.  When you ask yourself why love always seems to be elusive just ask your child to describe it.  I guarantee  it will make you smile.. or snort the Diet Coke out of your nose like mine did.
